Parking and Trail Access from westbound Alameda Blvd.
Take Levee Road north 0.1 mile to Bosque Trail

Peel off the Levee Road to start great, single-track trail
(Note: the small elm along the road in the foreground has been removed,
so don't use that as a landmark. Look for a well travelled ramp.)


Spur off main trail for Rio

Jog left to avoid large, fallen Cottonwood


Lizard-tail flowers found in moister areas.


Up on the top of the Levee, now heading back south
